We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and an outstanding SPA with a heated pool and indoor whirlpool. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with wonderful views of the lake and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was of high quality with plenty of variety, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.
It was all superb.

Good news for those who want to experience an exceptional stay! This hotel offers exclusive amenities that will fulfill your luxurious needs. the beautiful and serene environment gives a complete rejuvenating experience. the indoor swimming pool is calm and hence relaxes your mind and soul. the spa and wellness center is well-equipped, providing excellent services. Body scrub, massage, and beauty treatments are available here. the hotel provides extraordinary treatment rooms, specially created for relaxation. the restaurant offers delicious meals which are simply amazing.
There is only one minor issue that needs improvement. the service is not up to the standards of exclusivity that this hotel offers.

Located on a vast property, this hotel's private beach on the lake is simply wonderful. the hotel offers ample facilities, such as an outdoor playground, gym, spa, and bikes to hire. Rooms are comfy, and the front desk’s staff is professional and charming. There's a delightful Easter egg hunt for kids too. the breakfast is unbelievable and the views of the Ticinese Alps are superb.
Some rooms have connecting doors, which may result in occasional noise disruptions.

Great facilities including an outdoor playground and direct access to the beach were appreciated. as the staff being super friendly all around. Best aspects: the hotel was perfect for a family vacation. the kids loved the Easter egg hunt, and there were plenty of outdoor activities. the hotel had a great location near the beach and offered fantastic facilities.

Had an amazing Xmas holiday at this elegant hotel. The location was perfect, right by Lake Maggiore and we enjoyed strolling through the vast parklands. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and a great selection of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the risotto made from locally-sourced rice and the selection of fresh fruits.
While the hotel had many great amenities, some of them were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. , the hotel was a bit far from town, so getting around required a bit of planning.
